Wake Tech is hosting FAFSA Day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, when Financial Aid Office representatives can help students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The event is at Scott Northern Wake Campus, Building C, and Southern Wake Campus, Building L. Advance registration is encouraged.
The LaunchWakeCounty program aims to support and develop entrepreneurs and small businesses in under-resourced communities in the county. Towns across Wake County collaborate with Wake Tech to offer a LaunchWakeCounty program for established or aspiring entrepreneurs in their communities. By nurturing homegrown, Main Street businesses, we hope to strengthen the small-business ecosystem across the region.
Participants in these no-fee programs are selected based on a competitive application and review process.
Each program includes the following elements:
More details on the program and application process are available in an online information session.
