Wake Tech is closed Thursday and Friday for the Thanksgiving holiday. Prospective students can still apply online, and current students can register for Spring semester classes. All classes will resume and offices will reopen on Monday morning.
Disability Support Services (DSS) serves students who may require academic or non-academic accommodations for equal access to college facilities, academic programs or other activities. These accommodations would be due to a documented physical, psychological or learning disability, as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
DSS offers in-person – both scheduled and walk-in – and virtual appointments on all Wake Tech campuses. If a virtual appointment is requested, it will be scheduled through Microsoft Teams. You can join the meeting from your computer, by using the app on your phone or by calling in. Walk-in appointments may be limited to just the student and one guest, unless additional space is available.
Students who are already registered with DSS should call or email their assigned coordinator with any questions. If you are a new student and need to get us documentation or set up a meeting, call 919-866-5670 or email [email protected].
