Spring 2025 dates and deadlines

  • September 16: Enrollment cycle information available
  • September 23: Enrollment forms available (New Student Application and Continuing Student Form)
  • October 21: Course schedule opens
  • November 4: Self-registration for courses begins at 7 a.m.
  • November 15: CCP enrollment forms submission deadline
  • November 26: Acceptance/approval deadline (all CCP forms)
  • December 1: Self-registration deadline at 11:59 p.m.
  • December 1: Waitlist drop deadline
  • December 12: Course Request Form opens at 9 a.m.
  • January 8: First day of class for the 16-week and first eight-week sessions
  • January 10: 12 p.m. Course Request deadline (last day to request courses for all sessions, as registration cycle ends)
  • January 13: 4 p.m. deadline to drop a class without a "W" grade for the first eight-week session
  • January 17: 4 p.m. deadline to to drop a class without a "W" grade for the 16-week session
  • January 20: Martin Luther King Jr. Day (college closed)
  • February 6: First day of class for the 12-week session
  • February 11: Last day to drop class with a "W" grade for the first eight-week session
  • February 13: Last day to drop class without a "W" grade for the 12-week session
  • March 3: Spring graduation application deadline
  • March 5: Last day of class for the first eight-week session
