Plumbing and Pipefitting

Learn the basics of the plumbing and pipefitting trades, including math, welding, safety, OSHA regulations, the use and care of tools, piping and associated fittings, rigging, soldering and brazing and plumbing codes. Then, back that up with more advanced concepts, such as oxy-fuel cutting, water supplies, drainage systems, system repairs, plumbing fixtures and related sciences and services.

Students who successfully complete course requirements receive credit toward completion of the first and second years of training as a plumbing and pipefitting apprentice.
