2Board exam and licensure fees are determined by the respective board agencies and are subject to change. All fees listed are for 2021.  National board fees are typically due in February; CITA fees are due 30 days ahead of the scheduled exam; and licensure fees are due 90 days prior to the date license is to be issued. 
3Students may wish to buy replacement instruments prior to the clinical board exam. Costs vary.
