Key requests

For all matters regarding keys, you must submit a Key Request form. For key-related questions or concerns, call the Lock Shop at 919-866-5542.

NOTE: The Key Request form must be used for all key requests. To ensure your request is processed, make sure the form is completed prior to submitting it.

Doors and hardware

For any requests regarding doors and hardware, submit an Eagle Assist request.
