Sigma Delta Mu, the National Spanish Honors Society, is dedicated to developing a deeper appreciation of Hispanic and Latinx culture and the Spanish language at Wake Tech.  We hold weekly meetings on the Scott Northern and Southern Campuses where we have lively discussions on a variety of linguistic and cultural topics, as well as to plan exciting campus-wide cultural events and participate in service projects. Induction into Sigma Delta Mu takes place in April of each year, after inductees complete 1 service project, attend eight events, hold a 3.0 GPA, and finish at least one level of Spanish with a B or better at WTCC (or place out by exam).  Get in touch to learn how to join one of the most active clubs at Wake Tech!
