Due to inclement weather, all Wake Tech campuses will be closed Monday, January 26, 2026. Students taking in-person classes should check with their instructors for more information. Online classes will continue as scheduled. Many Wake Tech services, including Admissions and Academic Advising, are available virtually at virtualsupport.waketech.edu. Wake Tech employees who can work remotely should do so.
The Collision Repair & Refinishing Technology program provides the knowledge and skills to complete structural and non-structural damage repairs and paint and refinish on automotive equipment.
Graduates should qualify for entry-level employment in businesses that perform these repairs. Entry and advancement levels depend on the training completed, knowledge and ability levels, work performance and ethics.
The program holds regular information sessions to answer questions and provide interested individuals with more details.
All sessions are 6 to 9 p.m. in the Hendrick Center for Automotive Excellence on Scott Northern Wake Campus (6851 Perry Creek Road in Raleigh) or Building P on Southern Wake Campus (4621 Tech Road in Raleigh).
"Wake Tech will give you the knowledge, skills and opportunities to succeed."
