The Payroll Accounting Clerk Certificate prepares students for job opportunities in the accounting field in the specific area of payroll accounting.
Required courses are ACC-120, -140, -149 and -150 and CIS-110.
Credits earned in the program may be transferred toward an Accounting & Finance AAS Degree, provided the student meets the entrance requirements for that program.
Graduates should qualify for entry-level accounting positions in accounting firms, small businesses, manufacturing firms, banks, hospitals, school systems and governmental agencies.
