This course will provide managers and other leaders with strategies for guiding staff through organizational change. Participants will identify their own personality types and learn how to motivate others to embrace change. Through interactive exercises, case studies, and a focus on the latest change management research, this fun and engaging workshop will provide the skills and knowledge to design, plan, lead, and monitor long-lasting change.
