This course provides an introduction to the basic knowledge and skills needed to work in a laboratory. Instruments and equipment utilized in hands-on training include micropipettes and balances. Concepts presented include equipment operation, laboratory documentation, preparation of chemical solutions, use of chromatography in sample preparation and analytical techniques.
