A growing concern in today’s workplace is that employees are not utilizing their strengths to full capacity. Research has shown that the general population in organizations use their strengths 20% of the time. This is the case because these human beings focus more on what they are not doing well instead of what they do naturally well. The Strength Finders © Workshop is designed to increase the use of a person’s strengths to enhance their effectiveness in the workplace. Participants in the workshop learn what their talents are, build them into strengths and how to leverage for greater influence in their work. This workshop can be delivered for individuals or intact teams.
