This course provides a comprehensive introduction to Pneumatic Systems and Pneumatic Troubleshooting. Students will learn to identify and correct pneumatic hazards, connect and adjust supply lines, and troubleshoot common pneumatic components. The course emphasizes hands-on practice, where students will connect pneumatic circuits, operate pneumatic systems, interpret pneumatic schematics, and perform basic pneumatic system servicing. The troubleshooting section covers system-level fault diagnostics, valve and actuator testing, and machine sequence troubleshooting.
