Wake Tech is closed Friday in observance of Good Friday. Prospective students can still apply online, and current and new students can register for Summer and Fall classes. The college will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday.

Addiction and Recovery Studies Counseling Certificate

The Addiction and Recovery Studies Counseling Certificate is designed for individuals who already hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a human services-related field.

The certificate may assist students in meeting the educational requirements for certification and/or licensure from the North Carolina Addictions Specialist Professional Practice Board.

Individuals who don't already hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a human services-related field are encouraged to consider the Addiction and Recovery Studies Intervention Certificate or the Social & Human Services AAS Degree programs.
