Wake Tech's Spring graduation ceremonies are set for 8 a.m., 11 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. Saturday on Scott Northern Wake Campus. Family and friends unable to attend in person can watch the ceremonies live online.

The Cosmetology Diploma provides the knowledge of scientific and artistic principles and hands-on fundamentals to work in the cosmetology industry. A simulated salon environment enables students to develop manipulative skills.
Course work includes instruction in all phases of professional imaging, hair design, chemical processes, skin and nail care, multicultural practices, business/computer principles, product knowledge and other selected topics.
Diploma graduates should qualify to sit for the State Board of Cosmetic Arts examination. Upon successfully passing the State Board exam, graduates will be issued a license. Employment is available in beauty salons and related businesses.
