The Construction Management Technology AAS Degree provides training for persons interested in project management and related positions in the construction industry.
Coursework focuses on the following topics:
- Construction materials
- Methods and techniques of modern construction
- Building codes
- Contractor licensing and business law
- OSHA and safety on the construction site
- Project management
- Project scheduling
- Project costs and productivity
- Residential and commercial estimating
