How do you influence others in your life? To accomplish goals, build relationships, and lead? Using the principles and frameworks, participants build awareness of their approaches on how to influencing others. Students will also learn new approaches on how to influence colleagues at work and the broad definition of "influence" itself. Through individual and team actions students will show what they have learned and practice their new skills.
