Wake Tech Job Fair

Come join the Wake Tech team!

The college is hosting a job fair from 3 to 7 p.m. June 11 on Southern Wake Campus to recruit part-time and adjunct faculty for degree and non-degree programs. Key program areas include the following:

• Math and sciences
• Liberal arts (English, communications, fine arts, foreign languages)
• Criminal justice and public safety education
• Adult education and ESL
• Engineering and skilled trades
• Business administration and accounting
• Early childhood education
• Transportation and heavy equipment technology
• Computer programming and information systems
• Health sciences

Wake Tech also is seeking some part-time, temporary staff, such as IT end-user support, test proctors and open computer lab monitors.

Hiring managers will meet with candidates, review resumes and conduct initial interviews. Computers will be available for job seekers to apply on site and upload resumes for consideration for future vacancies. Representatives from Wake Tech Career Services also will be there to provide assistance with career exploration, resume and cover letter writing, interview skill-building and job search strategies.
