The Communications Workgroup includes the following Wake Tech faculty and staff members:

The workgroup aims to achieve the following:

• Deliver effective and authentic communication with students, faculty and staff regarding topics related to DEI
• Inform the community and the public of current and future programs and services that demonstrate Wake Tech's commitment to equitable and inclusive practices for faculty, staff and students

The following initiatives have been undertaken by the workgroup:

• Create DEI portal page
• Create DEI website
• Collaborate with the Campus Climate Workgroup to promote the climate survey
