A team of Wake Tech students has been selected as a national finalist in the 2026 Community College Innovation Challenge, a prestigious competition sponsored by the American Association of Community Colleges and the National Science Foundation.
Wake Tech celebrated the leadership, service and lasting impact of its most dedicated students during the annual Student Leadership and Torch Awards ceremony at the Southern Wake Campus.
Wake Tech proudly welcomed 122 students – the largest class in the college's history – into the Beta Alpha Zeta chapter of Phi Theta Kappa during an induction ceremony on Southern Wake Campus.
