Wake Tech is hosting FAFSA Day from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, when Financial Aid Office representatives can help students and their families complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. The event is at Scott Northern Wake Campus, Building C, and Southern Wake Campus, Building L. Advance registration is encouraged.

College Loans Portable Ventilator to WakeMed

RALEIGH, NC (April 6, 2020) – Wake Technical Community College is loaning its only ventilator to WakeMed Health and Hospitals for use during the coronavirus pandemic. The Zoll Z-Vent portable ventilator was purchased last year for the college’s EMS degree program. It has never been used. Wake Tech’s health sciences programs have also donated much-needed personal protective equipment (PPE) and other medical supplies to WakeMed and other area hospitals.
