The Computer Programming & Development curriculum prepares students to design and develop desktop and web applications. The primary emphasis is hands-on training in programming and related computer areas that provide the ability to adapt as systems evolve.

Students will solve business computer problems through programming techniques and procedures and will become proficient in Java, C++, HTML, MVC, REST, unit testing, server-side JavaScript and SQL.

Upon graduation, they will be able to support the software development needs of businesses in a variety of industries, including health care, manufacturing, insurance, finance and software publishing.
