Wake Tech Workforce Continuing Education is hosting its first Open House in Spanish for students interested in learning about non-degree education and training programs. The event is 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. August 10 at the Beltline Education Center, at 3200 Bush St. in Raleigh. Participants can also attend virtually on Microsoft Teams.
The Open House will feature presentations about non-degree Spanish and English bilingual courses, such as computer training, hospitality, cosmetology, construction, maintenance and automotive. In addition, attendees will learn about Wake Tech's associate degree programs, apprenticeships and student support resources, such as Career Services. Interested individuals can also learn more about basic skills programs like English as a Second Language (ESL) and High School Equivalency programs.
