If you're interested in:

-  Learning about the various experiences of underrepresented people in STEM 

- How to navigate the STEM field as an underrepresented person with full confidence in your capabilities

- Meeting with other underrepresented people in the STEM field or have in interest in this topic, and developing a community where you provide and receive life long opportunities and advice

- Learning and becoming a proactive member in bettering your local community with the collective scientific/technical and socio-demographic knowledge you and your club members hold
