Participants will learn the basic features, functions and operation of the Siemens Electrification and Automation portfolio. Topics include: Identify EA Products, including GM-SG, SIEBREAK, SIMOVAC, SDV, GIS, TIASTAR MCC, LV Switchgear and SIPROTEC Protective Relays. Student will gain an understanding of schematic drawings for each product, how to troubleshoot the closing and trip circuits on each product and Learn how to rack in and out top and bottom breakers as well as manually open/close breakers.
