From downtown Raleigh, take Capital Boulevard north. Take the Wake Forest Road exit and follow that road for a couple miles. Turn right onto Navaho Drive, the first traffic light after Interstate 440. After 0.4 mile, take the third left onto Bush Street, and the Beltline Center will be on the right. From Interstate 440, take Exit 10, turn north on Wake Forest and follow the above directions.

From U.S. Highway 64, take the N.C. Highway 96 - Zebulon exit. Follow N.C. 96 (Arendell Avenue) south into Zebulon. Turn left onto N.C. Highway 97 (Gannon Avenue) and go a half-mile east. Turn left onto Industrial Drive, and the center is the second building on the left.

The BioNetwork Capstone Center is located in the BTEC building on North Carolina State University's Centennial Campus. From Interstate 40, take Exit 295 and turn north onto Gorman Street. After about a mile, turn right onto Avent Ferry Road and then right onto Varsity Drive. A daily parking permit can be purchased at the booth on Varsity Drive. Proceed to park in the Partners Way Parking Deck or in front of the building. The Golden LEAF BTEC building is across from the parking deck.

From the Beltline, take the Hillsborough Street exit toward the State Fairgrounds. Turn right onto Blue Ridge Road. The Highway Patrol building is on the left side of the road just after the Wade Avenue exits. It shares a building with the DMV drivers' licensing office.

From Interstate 440, drive north on U.S. Highway 1 (Capital Boulevard) to Wake Forest. Exit on N.C. Highway 98 and turn left. Go under U.S. 1 overpass and turn left at the stoplight onto Cloverleaf Park Drive. Turn right after the Bojangles.

From Interstate 440, exit at New Bern Avenue toward downtown Raleigh. At the stoplight, turn left onto Sunnybrook Road, then right onto Holston Lane. The parking deck is on Holston Lane.

From downtown Raleigh, follow Dawson Street and South Saunders Street south past Interstate 40. After about 2 miles, turn left onto Chapanoke Road (Dunkin and Bojangles are on corners), and the campus is on right.
From Interstate 40, take Exit 298-A onto South Saunders Street and follow the above directions.

From Interstate 40, take Exit 283-A to N.C. Highway 540 West, then take Exit 69 (first exit) and turn left onto N.C. Highway 54. The entrance to the campus is on the left less than a mile down N.C. 54, at the intersection with Watkins Road.

From Interstate 440, take Exit 11-B to merge onto Capital Boulevard/U.S. Highway 1/401 North, toward Louisburg and Wake Forest. Continue on U.S. 401 north after it splits off Capital Boulevard, and the campus is on the right after about 2 miles.

From Interstate 40, take Exit 298-A and follow U.S. Highway 401 south approximately 9 miles. Southern Wake Campus is on the left.

From Interstate 440, drive north on South Saunders Street toward downtown Raleigh. Exit onto Wilmington Street, and Vernon Malone CCA will be on the left.

From Interstate 440, take New Bern Avenue exit and turn right. Turn left at stoplight on Sunnybrook Road, and the Perry Health Sciences Campus will be about a block down on the right.

From Interstate 40, take Exit 283A to southbound N.C. Highway 540 (Triangle Expressway). Take N.C. Highway 54 exit and turn left. Wake Tech's RTP Campus will be on the left a few blocks down the highway.

• Continue on U.S. 64 Business East/Wendell Boulevard to Rolesville Road.
• Turn left onto Rolesville Road and then right onto Upward Drive.

From Interstate 440, take U.S. Highway 1 South toward Apex. Take the Cary Parkway exit and then turn left onto Kildaire Farm Road. The campus is in the Millpond Village shopping center, which is on the right at the intersection of Kildaire Farm and Ten-Ten roads.
