The college is closed December 21 through January 1 for winter break and will reopen January 2. Prospective students can still apply for enrollment online during the break, and continuing students can register for Spring semester classes.

Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Technology
The Air Conditioning, Heating & Refrigeration Technology curriculum provides the basic knowledge to develop skills necessary to work with residential and light commercial systems.
Architectural Technology
The Architectural Technology curriculum prepares individuals to help architects, engineers and construction professionals develop plans and related documentation for residential and commercial projects.
Associate in Engineering
Get a solid general education foundation to pursue a four-year degree in such disciplines as computer science, engineering or professional programs.
Building Automation Technology
The Building Automation program teaches students how to make buildings as energy efficient as possible. The resulting energy savings has both environmental impacts and national security implications.
Civil Engineering Technology
The Civil Engineering Technology curriculum provides the application of relevant theory of engineering needed by technicians to carry out planning and supervisory tasks in construction.
Construction Management Technology
The Construction Management Technology curriculum is designed to provide training for persons interested in project management and other related positions in the construction industry.
Electrical Systems Technology
The Electrical Systems Technology curriculum is designed to provide training for persons interested in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems found in residential, commercial, and industrial facilities.
Electronics Engineering Technology
The Electronics Engineering Technology program prepares students to design, build, install, test, troubleshoot, repair and modify electronic components, equipment and systems.
Facility Maintenance Technology
The Facility Maintenance Technology curriculum prepares individuals to repair and maintain electrical and mechanical systems and physical structures of commercial and industrial institutions.
Geomatics Technology (Surveying)
The Geomatics Technology curriculum provides training for technicians in the many areas of surveying. Surveyors are involved in land surveying, route surveying, construction surveying, photogrammetry, mapping, global positioning systems, geographical information systems.
Interior Design
The Interior Design program prepares students for a variety of job opportunities in both residential and non-residential interior design.
Mechanical Engineering Technology
The Mechanical Engineering Technology program covers applied mechanics, manufacturing methods and processes, computer usage, computer-aided drafting, mathematics, physics and oral and written communications.
Plumbing
The Plumbing curriculum is designed to give individuals the opportunity to acquire basic skills to assist with the installation and repair of plumbing systems in residential and small buildings.
Welding Technology
The Welding Technology curriculum provides students with a sound understanding of the science, technology, and applications essential for successful employment in the welding and metal industry.

Professional licensure

All Wake Tech academic programs that are designed to lead to professional licenses are tied to North Carolina or national certifications.
