January 2025: This month, we celebrate Lavanya and Sharat Nagaraj for their generous establishment of the Nagaraj Family Nest Endowment. This endowment will provide a permanent revenue source for The Nest food pantry, ensuring continued support for food-insecure students. The Nest seeks to alleviate food insecurity by providing free, accessible food pantries across Wake Technical Community College's campuses that offer monthly shopping opportunities and nutrition education. Online and in-person ordering options let students build custom orders according to their personal preferences and dietary needs. Thank you, Lavanya and Sharat, for your kind and generous spirit! Your dedication to Wake Tech and our students will leave a lasting legacy. |
