The Foreign Language Center (FLC) supports curriculum students studying French or Spanish at Wake Tech. Students must have a current Wake Tech ID to log in and use the center.
Foreign language instructors provide one-on-one tutoring, workshops, handouts and other study materials to help students with the following:
Students can complete homework assignments and work on the Supersite with instructor support. Students wishing to access the Supersite must bring their own laptops or tablets; the FLC is not equipped with computers for student use.
Students who visit the FLC regularly report greater success in foreign language courses – and students may earn extra credit with their FLC Frequent User Cards.
The FLC opens the second week of each semester and closes on the last day of classes. All workshops are first-come, first served, and spaces may be limited.

Schedules (subject to change) and links to meetings are available to students registered in curriculum Spanish classes and posted to the Virtual Foreign Language Center Blackboard course. Click the link with the instructor's name to enter the Microsoft Teams meeting at the scheduled time of the workshop or open tutoring.
NOTE: Teams links differ by open tutoring and workshops.
