Intended Audience
This course is intended for anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of Microsoft OneNote.
Description
In a fast-paced, digital world, the need to capture ideas and to-do lists is ever present. Microsoft Office OneNote allows you to create and collect notes efficiently in an electronic notebook. In this course you’ll learn how to use OneNote to access content (from anywhere), organize and store content of all kinds, and share it with others.
Course Objectives
  1. Navigate and customize the OneNote interface and environment
  2. Add and format text, images, audio, links, and drawing objects to a notebook
  3. Embed Excel spreadsheets and attach other files to a notebook
  4. Categorize, organize, and search notebook content
  5. Check spelling in, print, and password-protect notebooks
  6. Use Outlook and OneDrive to send and share notebook content
  7. Export notebook content and manage notebook history and backups
