In the first column, enter the name of the course. This way you can keep track of which grade is assigned to which class.
Enter the course credit hours to calculate your score (most college classes are worth 3 or 4 credits).
Next, enter the grade you received in that particular course by selecting a letter grade from the dropdown.
Mark off the check box if you are repeating the course. Enter your previous grade from the course.
Select "add course" to optionally add another row to your semester. Then repeat steps 1–4 for the new addition.
Hit the "add semester" button to keep adding additional courses.
Enter your current cumulative GPA. This can be found on Self-Service Student Planner.
Enter your current total GPA hours attempted. This can be found on Self-Service Student Planner.
