It is the student's responsibility, after registering for classes each semester, to log into Eagle Accommodate and complete a Semester Accommodation Request to have your notice sent to instructors. A student guide has been created to assist with navigating the system. If you need assistance with submitting a request or do not see any approved accommodations in the system, please contact your Disability Support Services (DSS) coordinator or email [email protected].
It is the student's responsibility, after registering for classes each semester, to submit a completed Textbook Alternative Format Request and proof of purchase to the DSS Office to receive your textbooks in an alternative format.
To request communication access for a Wake Tech event, submit a completed Sign Language Interpreter/Cued Language Transliterator Request at least four business days in advance of the event.
For students registered with DSS, one-on-one study strategy sessions with a learning specialist are available on a first-come, first-served basis in areas where help is most needed:
To submit a study session request, log into Eagle Accommodate, find the "Survey" option and select the study session request form for the semester you want. If you do not see a form for your semester, please check back after course registration has opened for that semester.
A student testing guide has been created to assist with navigating DSS' new testing process
Requests can be entered in advance for the entire semester and are accepted only between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
If you need assistance, please contact your assigned coordinator or email [email protected].
How are we doing? Please tell us about your experience with DSS.
